Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo

Wow! Wow! You all exceeded our highest expectations and went above & beyond! From the moment we arrived and until we left we were treated like royalty!! The front desk staff was exceptional and welcoming. The room was incredible and housekeeping did a wonderful job working with me to have flowers in the room upon arrival. Throughout the week housekeeping would continually add special touches to make our stay even more memorable. The concierge was very gracious and accommodating. The bell staff always went above & beyond and were very prompt and professional. The restaurants were all fabulous. We cannot wait to visit again soon as this was our most special vacation!

We had a world class room with one of the best views in the world and were attended to by a really excellent staff.

Have stayed in various different 5 star hotels across the world, this was definitely near the top of the list. Could hardly find any flaws for the things I care about when staying at a hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Would like to come back as some point in 2025 but this time during the summer (between April-May). Hopefully there will be some deals if booking 6+ months ahead of time.
