Good for the body, good for the mind, sport can be enjoyed as a team, a pair, or solo. Marked by expertise and high performance, preventive healthcare is a priority at Les Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo. Awareness of healthy, balanced eating is also a source of well-being. As a specta-tor at major sporting events such as the Formula 1 Grand Prix or the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters tournament, or as a player in a personal challenge, you will find the key to positive emulation at the Monte-Carlo Country Club, Monte-Carlo Beach Club or Mont-Carlo Golf Club.
Step 1: An idyllic pool
Against the sun-blessed backcloth of the Monte-Carlo Beach, watersports activities and gastronomy go hand-in-hand. This heated Olympic-size pool is unique, the promise of a shot of adrenaline, open to the sky. In beautiful sunshine and a lovely setting, the silhouette responds to invigorating classes of Aquabike and Aquagym to the sound of music.

Step 2 : Anyone for tennis?
In an inspiring setting, lessons, courses, tournaments and competitions are held on the courts of the Monte-Carlo Country Club, open all year round. From its terraced embankments, the views of the Monte-Carlo Beach and La Vigie are breathtaking, and the Club atmosphere is ideal for making new friends. Each year in April, the Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters tournament brings the elite of the world’s finest players to the Principality.

Step 3: Little white ball
Between sea and mountains, at an altitude of 900 metres, the Monte-Carlo Golf Club offers a stunning view. Benefiting from many different facets both esthetic and technical, it hosts an 18-hole course in an undulating setting. A highly demanding discipline, in a Club founded in 1911, the ele-gance of golf has stood the test of time.
Step 4: Full-body cryotherapy
Prolonged by its solarium, the pool at Les Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo is a real dose of oxygen. For those in pursuit of fitness, full-body cryotherapy – ie. three minutes at a temperature of -110° under an operator’s supervision - is a fantastic tool for performance and cell regeneration.
