Reopening of the Monte-Carlo Beach
The arrival of the summer months means the reopening of the Monte-Carlo Beach. The Resort's most glamorous hotel, a true ode to the Mediterranean, will gradually reopen its doors from April 2023.

Elsa reopens its doors
Following on from its enormous success in 2022, the restaurant Elsa, led by Chef Mélanie Serre, will reopen its doors for the new season on 7 April 2023. Be sure to make the most of the sunny days on the magnificent terrace that offers an unspoilt sea view all the way to the horizon.
From 26 to 30 April, discover a special menu that pays homage to sea and promotes the restaurant's policy of sustainable fine dining.

The restaurant Em Sherif Monte-Carlo reopens its doors on 4 April 2023 to take diners on a culinary journey through its Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine.
As part of the programme 'The Sea Is Green' and to celebrate the arrival of Spring, Executive Chef Yasmina Hayek invites diners to discover a menu inspired by the majestic ingredients of the sea.

Open-air cinema evening at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort

As the stars twinkle up above, make yourself comfortable with the snacks provided.

Find Your Cozy Corner at the Bar Américain
With its traditional décor and its cosy atmosphere, the Bar Américain is legendary in Monaco and the perfect place to spend a chilly Spring evening. The cocktails, which all have poetic names and change along with the seasons, are one of the bar's trademarks, and this season is no different as it proposes a a delicious signature cocktail 'Calypso'. Made on Gin, this cocktail is a nod to the Principality of Monaco, inspired by the colours of the Ocean.
An aperitif at the Crystal Bar
Head to the elegant setting of the Crystal Bar at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo for an early evening aperitif. Renowned for its original signature cocktails, why not try this season's special, Crystal Ocean, inspired by the programme 'The Sea is Green'.
