Every Sunday, the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo offers a fun foodie experience with a live champagne brunch*. Come with friends or family to enjoy a hearty buffet complete with live cooking stations, inspired – as is the domed ceiling designed by Gustave Eiffel himself – by the beautiful city of Paris.
Children are very welcome, with a special kids’ buffet and a games room for them to enjoy, promising a fun Sunday outing for all the family!

The Lebanese and Mediterranean food served at the new Em Sherif Monte-Carlo restaurant celebrates the rose – much loved in Middle Eastern culture – with an Eastern-inspired dessert.
For lunch on the go, treat yourself to some good food fast with a trip to Mada One, and enjoy a snackonomy-style menu crafted by Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin.
Come the evening, Buddha Bar Monte-Carlo and COYA Monte-Carlo are the places to be, serving up floral-inspired cocktails and a deliciously zesty rose-flavoured dessert.
To make life even rosier, the sun-drenched oasis of calm at the Monte-Carlo Beach will be reopening on 12 May.
COYA Monte-Carlo will also be reopening its Peruvian kitchen from 7 April.
The Café de Paris, meanwhile, is getting a makeover, and will be moving to its temporary new home in the Salle Empire at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo on the other side of the Place du Casino on 10 March.
The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo is looking forward to welcoming you to the newest jewel in its crown: Pavyllon by Yannick Alléno.
Last but not least, the new Em Sherif Monte-Carlo restaurant at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo promises to be the perfect place to discover Lebanese cuisine, taking your taste buds straight to the Middle East. Scheduled to open on 2 April.
