The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo’s restaurants brilliantly blend the event’s effervescent buzz with a more chilled-out ambiance. People come here to sample the light, fresh and gourmet menu at the Michelin-starred Pavyllon Alléno restaurant. Lunch on the restaurant’s terrace is simply a must.
