- Malongo fair trade coffee, for a fairer economy which supports farmers and the planet.
- A BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Method) certified building with smart technical management systems, 100% LED lighting and electricity purchased from a certified renewable source to power the seawater source heat pump systems.
- Small-scale solar power production on the roof of the One Monte-Carlo.
- Recycling bins made available to clients and sorting of waste behind the scenes by the teams managing your event (glass, paper, card, packaging, batteries, light bulbs, electronic waste, ink cartridges, cooking oils, clothes and textiles, pallets, cork bottle stoppers, plastic bottle stoppers, cigarette ends).
- Eco-friendly room facilities: whiteboards, paper, pens and felt-tips that are recycled and only available on request, to avoid unnecessary consumption.
- Modes of transport that have less impact on the environment: a conference centre that is easily accessible by public transport (Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco (CAM) bus stop and ZOU lines 607 and 608 nearby, 700 metres from Monaco train station). An SBM shuttle which links the resort’s establishments, electric bicycle and car parking available with charging points. Monabike station nearby for travelling around Monaco on an electric bike.

- Detectors in all office areas and corridors for management of lighting.
Finally, less visible to our clients but also part of our sustainable approach:
- Our teams undergo training in sustainable development.
- Our chefs and their teams participate in charity events, for example, preparing meals for people in difficulty in Nice or making chocolates for hospital staff and patients in palliative care services in 2023.
