Positioned on your front, the massage begins gently with soothing pressure from your feet to your back, helping to relieve tension and fatigue.

After around thirty minutes, you'll be invited to lie on your back. A towel gently covers your eyes, creating a cocoon of relaxation. The treatment continues, targeting each zone: feet, legs, arms, neck and head, for complete relaxation.

We use a neutral oil or cream adapted to all skin types, to guarantee optimal comfort for everyone.
