The Mediterranean-style villas were built in compliance with high-quality environmental standards and feature a leading-edge, innovative design created by Christian Curau and Laurent Gire.
These three villas exude serenity, surrounded by green areas and the sea. The proximity with the Sporting d’été with its rounded features and the curved land of this extension inspired the architects who chose to adhere to the same sweeping contours.
Each villa has its own infinity pool and a direct access to the sea for swimming, an absolutely one-of-a-kind experience in Monaco.
The plans were entrusted to interior designer Olivier Antoine, who took care of the villas' layout and amenities. The curves of the outdoor facades extend to the interior, into different rooms, which makes the most of every corner and leaves no space neglected.
The materials were meticulously selected, with priority given to the unity of raw materials used to obtain uniformity and consistency in the entire villa. The floors are made solely of marble. Most of the furniture is bespoke and matches the rooms' rounded shapes.
The gardens exude an authentic and intimate ambiance, due to the work of landscape architect Jean Mus whose vision it was to harmoniously blend the minerals of the buildings with the surrounding vegetation.
Jean Mus wanted to combine mineral architectures (buildings and surroundings) to ensure consistency with the nearby landscape. The villas are at one with the wooded area, yet their architectural integrity is respected.
The Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer residences are available exclusively for long-term rental.
