Conditions :
- Payment: 50% due at contract signing, the rest at least one month before the start of the rental period.
- Security deposit: 1/3 of the total rental amount (minimum €15,000), due with payment of the remaining rental fee. The deposit will be refunded after checkout, verification of the property after the rental, and when all the customer's SBM bills have been paid.
