Since 1890, Automobile club de Monaco has made performance and elegance the essential components of the principality's DNA
Formerly part of the Rallye Monte-Carlo classic car race until 2001, the Elegance et Automobile à Monte-Carlo contest is making a welcome return this summer. This historic event, organised by the Automobile Club de Monaco in partnership with the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, promises to dazzle classic car lovers.

Fifty iconic vehicles including 1930s coupés, 1960s cabriolets and other famous prototypes will come together to take part in a State gathering.
The festivities will begin with a cocktail reception on the terraces of the Casino de Monte-Carlo.The following day, the participants will drive their vehicles along the back roads of the Principality.
The drivers will stop for a picnic en route prepared by a Michelin-starred chef, and the day will end with a candlelit dinner at the Grill of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo.
On Saturday 29 June, the exceptional vehicles will first be displayed before parading around Place du Casino under the watchful eye of the expert judges.
The prize-giving will take place on Sunday on the Rock, in the presence of Their Serene Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Monaco. The automotive ‘beauty gathering’ will close with a reception at the Prince’s Palace.
