Together, Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse and Shichiken will put their creativity and talent to use as they work their magic with products from the nature that surrounds them.
Chef Emmanuel Pilon will offer dishes inspired by Mediterranean vegetables.
Shichiken will present its flagship sakes, whose water comes from snow on Mount Kaikoma.
The menu will consist of a selection of four sakes including Alain Ducasse Sparkling Sake, a sparkling sake of great complexity which combines the spirit of the Mediterranean with that of Yamanashi. Alain Ducasse Sparkling Sake is the fruit of a collaboration between Gérard Margeon, Head Sommelier of Ducasse Paris, and Ryogo Kitahara, Master Brewer at Shichiken, who will be present for this special evening, accompanied by Mr. Ishihara, sales director.
