As part of the celebrations to mark 150 years of the Caves de l'Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, a series of exclusive dinners is being organised in an intimate and exclusive atmosphere where the sommellerie and viticulture of the greatest estates are given pride of place.
For this first dinner, to be held on 5 April, we invite you to meet at 7.30pm in the lobby of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo. You will be taken on a guided tour of the cellars by the Executive Head Sommelier, Patrice Frank, where you will discover the incredible history of this magical place. You will then sit down to a 6-course dinner prepared by Chef Yannick Alléno, paired with wines from some of Bordeaux's most prestigious Grands Crus Classés 1885, namely Château Haut Brion, Château Margaux, Château d'Yquem and Château Cheval Blanc, brought together for the first time for this dinner.
An experience that can only be enjoyed at the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Resort.
