Yannick Alléno, multiple Michelin-starred chef at the Pavillon Ledoyen – the most prestigious restaurant in Paris with a reputation as a shrine to fine dining – will be masterminding an exceptional dinner at Michelin-starred restaurant Le Vistamar, at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo on 21 July.

A delicious evening awaits you out on one of the most beautiful terraces in Monaco, with breath-taking views of the harbour, the old city, and the Mediterranean.

This year, Yannick Alléno’s Pavillon Ledoyen achieved the amazing feat of having three star-rated restaurants featured in the Michelin Guide France 2020!

L'Abysse and Pavyllon – two of Alléno’s Pavillon Ledoyen restaurants – both received new stars in the Michelin Guide for France in 2020.

Pavyllon now has its first star, after only opening a few months ago, and L’Abysse, the sushi counter, was awarded its second Michelin star just a year after winning its first!

Upstairs, Alléno Paris has retained its three-star rating.
