The Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo is delighted to be hosting Michelin-starred chef Andrea Berton over the holidays, who will be taking us on a culinary journey through the best of Italian cuisine.   

Described by his peers as one of the most brilliant chefs of his generation, Andrea’s food is bright and modern: a fresh new take on traditional Italian dishes.
