As part of the commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the Caves de l'Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, a series of exclusive dinners is being organised in an intimate and exclusive atmosphere where the sommellerie and viticulture of the greatest estates are given pride of place.
For this third and final dinner, which will take place on 7 November 2024, we invite you to meet in the lobby of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo from 8pm.
You will be taken on a guided tour of the Cellars by the Executive Head Sommelier, Patrice Frank, where you will discover the incredible history of this magical place.
You will then sit down to a 6-course dinner prepared by Chef Emmanuel Pilon, accompanied by excellent wines and champagnes.
